Healing Instructions for Your Tattoo

Leave the bandage on for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Do not rebandage your tattoo. After you remove your bandage, wash your new tattoo with a mild soap. Make sure the area is very clean. Let the tattoo dry for 30 minutes, then apply a VERY small amount of cream. The cream does not heal your tattoo, your body does.*Remove any excess cream by patting your tattoo with a dry paper towel. Continue washing your new tattoo for two weeks, three times a day. *After the first treatment, you do not have to let the tattoo dry before you apply the cream. Don't let your tattoo get soaked while showering, wash that area of your body last. Avoid sun tanning, and do not pick or scratch your tattoo during the healing process.
